Process

From shortlist to citable exhibit

Five stages. Eighteen to forty-two days depending on the outlet. You approve every draft before it reaches an editor.

  1. 01
    Day 0

    Shortlist and purchase

Filter the marketplace by visa category and the criterion your record is weakest on. Your attorney can build the shortlist instead — they browse without an account and send you a code.

    • Volume discount applies from two placements
    • One-time payment, no subscription
    • Nothing is commissioned until payment clears
  2. 02
    Days 1–5

    Intake and interview

We send a structured questionnaire covering your work, its measurable effect and the documentation behind it. A writer then interviews you for 30–45 minutes.

    • Interview scheduled around your timezone
    • Bring your CV, awards and any prior coverage
    • Recorded so the writer quotes you accurately
  3. 03
    Days 5–15

    Drafting

A journalist who covers your field writes the piece in the outlet's own editorial voice — third-person reporting, not a press release. Coverage is written to describe your contributions and their significance.

    • Written to the outlet's editorial standards
    • Independent framing, not promotional copy
    • Byline where the outlet offers one
  4. 04
    Days 15–20

    Your review

You read the full draft and request corrections. Nothing is submitted to an outlet without your written approval — that is a hard rule, on every placement.

    • One full revision round included
    • Factual corrections always honoured
    • You can decline publication entirely
  5. 05
    Days 18–42

    Publication and exhibit pack

The outlet publishes. Your dashboard records the live URL, publication date, byline and the outlet's circulation and domain data — the details a petition exhibit needs cited.

    • Permanent URL, not a temporary listing
    • Publication date and author captured
    • Criteria mapping included for your attorney

What we will not do

We will not write claims your documentation does not support, place a piece in an outlet that has not accepted it editorially, or tell you a placement guarantees an outcome. Coverage is one piece of evidence among several, and a petition that rests on media alone is a weak petition. If your record is not ready for the outlets you have chosen, we will say so before taking payment.
