Product overview
Built Around the Evidence, Not the Coverage
Elefent is three things working together: a marketplace mapped to the USCIS criteria, an attorney handoff that needs no account, and an exhibit index that turns finished placements into something a petition can cite.
Exhibit index
4 placements · 2 published and citable
What the product actually does
Filter by the gap, not the reach
Circulation figures do not tell you what a placement proves. Every listing carries the criteria its editorial format can support, so you shortlist against the weakest part of your record.
Your attorney, without onboarding
Attorneys browse the full catalogue with no login, annotate what fits, and hand over a code. Nothing to provision, no seat to buy, no payment passing through their firm.
Evidence, assembled as you go
Each placement records its live URL, publication date, byline and the outlet's circulation data. The exhibit index is built by the time the last piece runs.
Marketplace
A catalogue that answers the right question
Filter by visa category, field, tier, lead time and — the one that matters — the specific criterion a placement can evidence. Prices are per placement and include the interview, drafting, your review round and publication.
- Fourteen outlets across business, science, policy, healthcare and the arts
- Tier, domain rating, monthly readership and lead time on every listing
- Volume discounts from two placements, applied at checkout
Attorney handoff
The people advising you never need an account
Immigration attorneys are not going to create a login to look at a media list. So they don't have to. They browse openly, select what fits the record they already know, add a line on why, and send a code the client redeems.
- No seat, no onboarding, no payment flowing through the firm
- A per-outlet rationale the client sees beside each recommendation
- Auto-claimed when the client already has an account — no code to type
Editors require outcome data — your published results already supply it.
Covers policy consequences; corroborates the Meridian piece independently.
Coverage
See which provisions your record still leaves open
A petition is not helped by five pieces that all prove the same thing. Coverage shows what each criterion is actually supported by, so the next purchase closes a gap instead of deepening one.
- Every criterion mapped to the provision it comes from
- Uncovered criteria surfaced with a direct filter to matching outlets
- Shareable with counsel without granting them an account
Limits
What the Product Will Not Do
Elefent will not write claims your documentation cannot support, place a piece in an outlet that has not accepted it editorially, or suggest that coverage decides a petition. Media is one exhibit among several, and a filing that leans on it alone is a weak filing. If your record is not ready for the outlets you have chosen, we will say so before taking payment — and we are a media company, not a law firm, so nothing here is legal advice.
